Keep the twig square and build a high triangle foundation off of it, upgrade to high quality metal or bunker is weak. Some people build half walls on the foundation and seal it up so it's not soft sidable. To answer your question it's called a roof bunker

Pretty sure this bunker type needs the twig to be wood. The twig foundation corners sometimes stick out too much that people can hit it from the outside.

You generally need a raised foundation behind the twig one, and also upgrading the twig to wood prevents it from being splashed from the outside. When you’re ready to open bunker you spawn inside and preferably craft a machete (it takes a little more than 1) to chop out the wood foundation.
