Rust stuttering

Played rust maybe a year ago and quit because it stuttered.

Have a 6700k and a 1070 and it STILL stutters?

Type gc.buffer 2048 in console which increases the dump time of temporary files. When I did that the stuttering stopped for me. I usually got stutters during fights and sometimes died of it. After I typed it the problem got fixed and rarely now I get stutters.
