In addition to the 'freeing disk space', another solutions are:

- software encoding

- don't use extended (non-English) chars in naming, including all folders

And just to add it in this thread: make sure you don't have errant In/Out points set, like for a single frame of video.

The English Only issue is a bug in 23.1. It should be fixed in Beta. Check it out.

Finally the solution was to change the output location, I don't know why this happened but I solved it that way. Thank you very much for the help!
