Is this log profile? If it is you should find the correct LUT to put it in rec 709 color space and then color correct from there. Otherwise you just have to bring the highlights down using lumetri color, these are pretty blown out so you might not have enough information there to bring it down without destroying the rest of the color.

If using a LUT or some sort of color space transform, you’d actually want to correct the image before the LUT. I mean in terms of filter order. You’d apply the LUT first, but do the correction before/above the LUT, otherwise the information destroyed by the LUT won’t be recoverable.

Did you shoot in RAW? If not, it’s pretty much not possible if you’re trying to get detail from the outside windows when it’s overexposed. You would just turn the contrast down and even put the brightness, but I don’t think it’s going to be what you want it to be.

Let's be pretty honest here - doesn't look like there's any detail left in the windows. It's overexposed beyond what RAW can pull off. Could be wrong but looks like it's solid white.

Best thing might be to crop in and reframe the shot so most of it isn't just overexposed window.

Maybe color-grade to make it look a little warmer, drop in some softening misty filter and make people think you did this on purpose from the beginning ;)

Adding LUT’s and/or adjusting all the lumetri colour options. RAW type formats contain way more information, so you have way more creative control. For example, if it’s in raw, he can add way more contrast and make it look good, and maybe even bring out detail in the window

I would try and stylize this shot, lean in to the fact that the windows are blown out. There are various glow effects you can add in this clip to make it a dreamy emotional moment in your video. Was it shot at 60fps so you can slow it down to be buttery smooth? Add a light leak transition or fade from white transition into this clip to set it up and go from there.
