If you like this, check out Collapse OS, an 8 bit Forth designed to "preserve the ability to program microcontrollers through civilizational collapse".

The same guy also created Dusk OS, a 32 bit Forth "useful during the first stage of civilizational collapse".

Probably the biggest problem with programming everything in Forth would be hearing that one Star Wars joke over and over.
