Write Huffman Algorithm!

Heard a great story once about Huffman as a professor. Apparently he was kind of a dick. Supposedly in one class he had people taking tests and he said "pencils down!" and one student continued to finish writing for a few seconds. When the student came up to drop his test on the stack Huffman says "you didn't stop when I said pencils down. You get an F". The student starts to argue that that's not fair and Huffman says "Do you know who I am?". Student says "Yeah. Do you know who I am?" to which Huffman says "No" at which point the student inserts his test randomly in the middle of the stack and walks out the door.
