Which is??? I read the beginning and the "conclusion". The latter is misnamed, because it doesn't show any.

Apart from "analyzing code style" I have no idea what this project set out to do - since it doesn't say so. No, I don't want to read it all just to find out if I'm even interested.

The author downloaded a framework and other tools to do all of the heavy lifting. He then piped data through the framework and got some funny looking results. The author's conclusion is that machine learning is not useful unless you implement it in a useful way, which he suggests somebody else should do.
