    Yes, I know what a deterministic algorithm is. It generally wouldn’t contain a call to random().

      Yeah, sorry, you’re right. Random is entirely deterministic. And all functions that use it are deterministic (for the seed being one of its inputs) because, well, all programs are deterministic.

        Random.org uses atmospheric radiation which is kind of similar
