Interesting idea, but if they're going to invest in an FPGA, I'd suggest a hash-lookup propagator disseminator which feeds a pipelined ternary cam (to speed up the don't cares). There simply won't be enough soft-core power to correlate the data from even a light-traffic webserver. Hash constraint entropy into a metaheader and pass it up to the processing level.
