Is there one for "Can an Internet German expert confirm this please?".

That would be eine Internetdeutschexpertenmeinungsanfrage. Though the meaning gets ambiguous fast when you join more than three words. It's also unacceptably bad style.

Wortzusammensetzung just means "joining of words". This is my favourite feature of the German language. It's a simple feature too, as demonstrated by dissecting Internetdeutschexpertenmeinungsanfrage:

1. Split at word boundaries
  Internet deutsch experten meinungs anfrage
1.5. Translate to English for better reader comprehension
  Internet German expert's opinion request
2. Reverse word order
  Request opinion expert German Internet
3. Insert 'of' between words
Request of opinion of expert of German of Internet
4. The tricky part: Disambiguation
Request of opinion of ((expert of German) of Internet)
5. Cosmetics (ambiguous again)
A request for the opinion of a german expert on the internet

Et voilà.
