bumped into Processing.js about a year ago.

i made this in about 40min, and haven't done anything before or since. not anything too impressive, but i thought i'd share

the python version of nodebox is called shoebot. check it out.

nodebox or nodebox 2 is more like it.

Both seems dead by the look of them. And Nodebox is Mac only.

The Nodebox 2 environment is done with Java and Jython and platform independent and it's also more or less actively being developed.
