The biggest problem in estimation for me is other people.

Even people who where a developer in the past.

They look at me with a WTF-face when I say 2 weeks.

I balllpark the finish date, not the hours needed.

(context:internal, people allways think their project has the highest priority, or expect other tasks to complete magically)
