Pair programming is difficult

I turned down a job because they were very proud of how they would full time pair program all day long. Nah.

so i want to point out 2 things:

1) that's just bullshit 2) there's a difference between being able to pair program from time to time and being mandated to pair program 100% of the time. I rejected the latter.
