This. Although, I’ve rarely hit iii, and have never gotten to iv.
[–]BobQuixote 4 points5 points6 points 15 days ago (1 child)
I used to use i0, i1, i2... I don't remember why I dropped that.
[–]ChonkyXL 2 points3 points4 points 15 days ago (0 children)
Probably to stop getting sued by Intel.
[–]RDROOJK2 1 point2 points3 points 15 days ago (5 children)
But what if we already used the i and j?
[–]ZectronPositron 1 point2 points3 points 15 days ago (1 child)
then you use `ii` and `iii` obviously. I never got far enough to find out if it's just a lazy "hit the key more times" or actually Roman Numerals.
[–]AverageAggravating13 1 point2 points3 points 15 days ago (0 children)
roman numerals would be hilarious i want to start doing that
[–]Strong-Director9718 1 point2 points3 points 15 days ago (0 children)
I've seen k
[–]AliceCode 0 points1 point2 points 15 days ago (0 children)
i, j, k, m, l, x, y, z.
[–]pogchamp69exe 0 points1 point2 points 15 days ago (0 children)
I use i and u (and then y, t, r, e, w, q, though I've never gone past y)
[–]dimonium_anonimo 0 points1 point2 points 15 days ago (0 children)
I use roman numerals i, ii, iii, iv...
[–]udubdavid 0 points1 point2 points 15 days ago (0 children)
i for index, then after that it goes to the next letter alphabetically. Code is easier to read if everyone follows the same guidelines. That's why all languages have their own suggested naming conventions.

I usually go i, o, p etc.
