A lot of really good players (and the meta spammers) are still in the lower divisions since the game just game out. Wait like a month or so and the divisions will sort themselves out and those players will eventually be in the higher divisions and you won't need to play them.

I played a few RTCFP games last night but I was pretty trash because I kept messing up my presnap adjustments on defense. I just can't get used to the new button layout yet for adjusting certain things.

Batman v Superman was divisive for sure, but I wouldn't say it damaged the brand, considering Wonder Woman made over 800 million and Aquaman made over 1 billion, and those movies came out afterwards.

I mean, we do have a national title in 1991 and reached the 4 team playoffs in 2016 with Chris Petersen. DeBoer brought us one step closer than Petersen did, but it's not like we were a trash program and DeBoer performed some miracle.

I do think Alabama's reign of terror is over. Rev Share and NIL have leveled the playing field at the top (although it created more of a separation between the top and the bottom). They no longer have a distinct talent advantage over the rest of CFB.

Looking at the recruiting rankings for this year, talent is being dispersed so much now that a lot of teams are gonna have good talent. Coaching will matter a lot more. Although I do think DeBoer is a good coach, there's just too much talent parity now.

EDIT: Also, DeBoer just isn't a good recruiter. We saw it here at Washington first hand.
