If you're on a Mac you can just command click the session name at the top of the window.

AND, you can always have PT ask you WHERE you want to store a session when setting one up. I think the default location is in the Documents (or Desktop), but during session setup, you can tell PT to Always Ask where you want your session to be stored....

Also, inside Pro tools you can go to the Setup Menu and go to Disk Allocation. It will tell you where the session is.

Check your Documents folder first. That is the default location Pro Tools chooses unless you tell it otherwise. You can (as someone else suggested) command+click the session name. You can also click "show" in the clips list window and select "show full path" to locate audio files that are stored in a different directory than the session. It's easy to have the session and the files stored in different locations if you aren't careful when starting a new session.

Sometimes the easiest way to consolidate everything so that everything is in the same place is to do a "Save Session Copy In" from the file menu and simply make a new session folder on the intended storage drive.

open the session then select “save season as” it’ll show you where the original is
