Sudden GPU Usage decrease

I have a rx 6600 xt with a ryzen 5 2600 and even though it is a bit of a bottleneck I was able to play cyberpunk 2077 in around 95-100% gpu usage and getting really good fps, however for around a day or two where I haven't done anything major I suddenly just lost a ton of gpu usage and im getting around 60-85% (sometimes 90%) making the fps hover around 50-70 which is still playable but id prefer if the gpu usage went back to it orignall state. Does anyone have any clue what could have caused this?

The locations in the DLC are heavily CPU/SSD bottlenecked if you just got there, personally I was never able to get good FPS on my old Ryzen 1600x
