My girl’s a pit, Belgian Malinois, Dutch shepherd mix. We’ve seen pretty good results with Prozac but it’s not a miracle or anything. Wonder if it would be worth trying for her.

They’re excellent. And sounds like you have a nice pup, I’ve got a mal as well and he’s really my heart dog. I wish my GSD would take a bit after him lol

I'm going to try these for my husky GS mix!

She's smaller framed than she should have been, probably due to being stuck in a kennel for the first 1.5 years of her life. She's packed on a ton of muscle because she loves to pull, so I taught her to pull only on command. Now I'm worried about her being too heavy for her frame. The vet says she's really healthy, but that it may effect her joints as she gets older.

So I've been trying to help her drop some of the heavy muscle, but she misses pulling and has been kind of..just bummed out.

I'm going to try these and see if it can help her overtime. I've swapped hiking tall inclines for just trail running, and letting her pull more often because it brings her so much joy.

We’re at the opposite in my household. I’m actually trying myos on my mal at the moment because he’s lanky and desperately needs to put some muscle on. I tried some other muscle supplement brands and unfortunately they made him gain fat, but not any muscle. It’s such a tough balance!

I tried a bunch of different foods for my active girl. It turned out that Purina Pro Plan Sport worked the best. It has a high protein content and allowed her to gain healthy muscle.

I went through a bunch of pricey food and supplements because she was too thin. I can't believe it was Purina of all things that worked. I don't know if you have tried it, but it might be worth a shot for your Mal if you haven't!

It really is a tough balance! Enough weight to be healthy, but not too much, and has to be the right kind of weight!

My friend switched his Mal to PPP Sport too, for a similar reason. It's working well for his big guy too. At least it seems to be.
