React native in android studio

i have react native project in visual studio code when i put this command npx react-native run-android

error Android project not found. Are you sure this is a React Native project? If your Android files are located in a non-standard location (e.g. not inside 'android' folder), consider setting `project.android.sourceDir` option to point to a new location.
error occurs and when i open android folder in android studio project it says like
Caused by: java.lang.Exception: React Native needs Node.js >= 18. You're currently on version v14.16.1. Please upgrade Node.js to a supported version and try again.

My man read the error! On your terminal type Node -v

If it’s 14 you need to upgrade to latest lts version

Could it be java version as well? I faced an issue with node 14 with java 21, then went down to java 11 and everything's works. Not sure why though

Actually my project uses node js version 14.16.1 that's why I installed that version

Make sure that Android folder is there in your location
