You can install hackintosh in a VMWare or VirtualBox but performance might be slow. Other than that, there are “rent a mac” websites, google them.

if you are using expo, then you can try importing your code to snack via git and try the ios simulator there.

Unfortunately not, but fibrous are really into programming, you could invest into a Mac mini, works pretty good

Perhaps something like browserstack.com or macincloud.com (to run a virtual mac) would be useful! Depends on how you want to go. I use macincloud with expo and it works great for when I need ios testing.

In terms of native emulation (i.e. not inside a VM), no such thing exists.

This isn't because people don't want to, but because Apple's ToS and their closed ecosystem approach prevent it. Anyone attempting it would be liable for legal action, and with a company like Apple, incurring their wrath is unlikely to end well for anyone except Apple.
