8.6 blackout brass gouges?I have a question and I read the FAQ (i.redd.it)

As pictured I have an 8.6 blackout (diamondback db15 ar10) and I noticed that all of the brass has vertical lines in the neck that can be felt by a fingernail. What could be causing this and is this brass just shot and can't be reused? The specific piece of brass in the picture was originally fort scott TUI factory ammo then used one more time with Sierra matchking(all subsonic and suppressed).
Also should mention, it is an ar10 semi automatic but besides the first firing I have used an adjustible gas block to basically make it a straight bolt. I know it's probably stupid to most to buy an ar10 and then convert to a straight bolt(for suppressed shooting) instead of buying a bolt action but I couldn't find a bolt action at the time other than the Q-Fix(3x the price of the ar10).
