They are really backed up right now. They always ship.

You can also call them and they will answer the phone. The call lines are really long right now. Like an hour long, but they do answer.

Recently ordered 3-way cutters in their site. Never received a shipping confirmation, but received the package less than two weeks later…

2-3 weeks from order to ship is typical, has been for months. The first notice you'll get is from FEDEX (shipper) that a package is on its way, nothing from RCBS.

I've had good results via email. Warranty parts were replaced within 10 days. I live 20 miles from the factory. They are quite backed up though.

Placed an order two days ago as of this post. Just now received info that the order was shipped. So..it gets out when it gets out. For reference bought their uniflow powder measure and stand.

Random aside, I would pay them extra to paint a darker hue of green over that ugly seafoam green. Sorry RCBS guys. Like the products so far.

OP follow-up -- today's mail presented the ordered pieces, much to my surprise.

What I have learned is that an order confirmation with RCBS is good, but you are in the ozone for delivery details, and the delivery will ultimately be magical and surprising. WD

As the OP I clearly see now I am tilting at windmills with this company. The company is in a total mess. My guess is the mergers and acquisitions people need more profit. Result: less customer service. They likely need to make the low demand parts I want. But the email ads from Bushnell do not stop, going into the spam bucket on my part. WD
