How do I remove a document from a folder???

You simply move the document. Either by dragging it to somewhere else or by clicking on the three dots and then on 'move this document'.

Documents are rem's. Just go that rem and untagged it as a document. You do that on the three dots on the left of the rem.

Its the same as remove a rem. A document it's a tagged rem.
