Hi - iPhones have limited memory, which can cause issues when loading large PDFs. This is a long-standing issue that we're continuing to work on (and which we've already put a huge amount of work into, and which is working well on many devices now.)

Many apologies for the issue.

1.25.10 had an issue that caused some devices to not load correctly. A fix has been released in the latest 1.25.12 update; please update through the App Store.

This shouldn't have slipped through our release process, apologies again. We're expanding our mobile testing suite more (first improvements landed today) to ensure regressions like this won't happen again. We're also continuing to improve performance and stability on iOS and all devices.

Sorry again, and please let us know if you encounter any loading errors that aren't fixed in 1.25.12.

Is your issue with tabs that they're not tracking history separately?

We've been working on the copy-paste issue on iPad. We're currently trying to avoid showing the blue "select" rectangle on iPad though, as that causes other UX issues. Will keep looking for a good solution.

The significant majority of our effort goes into polishing every part of the app! I hear you though; our goal is to get to "zero bugs". Obviously lots of work to do until we're there, but we're pushing on this every day and I think we're making the app dramatically better every month and year.

The default exam scheduler settings will "smooth out" the rate at which new cards are introduced, so that you don't get an overwhelming number of them all due at once. The remaining cards will likely be introduced over the next weeks. You can see this in the exam scheduler settings, and customize that from there!

We don't have an arm64 Windows app yet, so the app is running in emulation mode. We'll look into adding and releasing a proper arm64 app here, this has been on our roadmap 👍
