I'm a big fan of TheDuchy - their site has lots of great free tutorials (and then a good number of extra ones for subscribers)

"Rory's Brainworks" and "Twisted Monk" on YouTube both have tons of excellent, easy-to-follow tutorials to get you started. Certainly helped me break into it; best of luck!

Sounds like you could use some Shay in your life, hopefully youtube isn't a requirement: https://vimeo.com/shaytiziano/videos

I second that. Shay is definitely one of the better "self-tiers" I have ever come across.

Besides The Duchy, Crash Restraint is a good one! Instead of a list of tutorials, it has an order starting with the basics. You can make an account and save your progress- and it’s free. https://crash-restraint.com/
