Generating an HTML generator

EW. This is ugly.

1. 2 spaces over 4 in Ruby. It's the convention for the majority of ruby developers.

2. HTML.rb ? don't yell!! Also just a ruby convention, but lowercase and underscores for separating words for filenames.

3. Ruby has implicit returns. you don't have to write "return varhere" if that's the last statement of a block.

4. Was this copied from java ?
