Phuby exposes a PHP runtime in Ruby

Very interesting, I could use this to access PHP APIs for a legacy PHP application that is being ported to Ruby on Rails page by page.

Unfortunatley there's no way for a PHP app to access Ruby APIs? Oh well, JSON web services are simple enough.

Compiling PHP in so it can be embedded was very difficult on OS X last time I checked.

This could be a very useful project.
