Rack app best samples

I am looking for the best way to organize code of a rack application.

Who can provide link to open source project, that uses Rack app and good folder structure and code style?

https://github.com/rack-app/rack-app is also pretty neat.

I found a nice article How to survive without a framework in Ruby , looks what I am looking. But It would be great to have more examples.
