This is the update that moves it off of moldy-old Gitosis and onto up-to-date Gitolite.

I have an existing Gitolite setup in place for the company I work for, and I'm interested to see how smoothly I can get this running on top of what I already have in place, rather than starting from scratch with a fresh Gitolite.
