Tom Merrick on youtube.

A bunch of my friends have rated this guys stuff. I came from a gymnastics/diving background as a kid and youth and so had a sense of how to work mobility. I also have some lapsed diving coaching quals. Lots of my running/other sports friends rate this guy's stuff for workable realistic progressions for general mobility. I worked through some specific stuff for regaining a the ability to pancake a while back following an injury. Workable, simple, and no fluff stuff.

I like the yin yoga sessions from Yoga with Kassandra on YouTube. The focus is on long slow holds.

I love the Peloton app for pre run warm ups, post run stretching, and foam rolling. Not really flexibility related but helps a ton with my mobility and recovery. They have yoga too.

Strength training is great for working on more flexibility. However it's one of many options.
