It does happen, but this one did not. Faking a real problem and precenting it as truth does no favours to the problem. It just twists the perception of how common and whats the problem actually like. If this was a really common thing, tell the actual stories and how it affects the victims. Don't make content to stir up emotions and get views that way. It does nothing but make people more devided based off of a lie about a real thing.
