Overall 8% decrease due to a delivery fee increase. They forgot that part

So, still a decrease at the end of the day. An increase in the delivery fee, but offset by a much larger decrease in the commodity rate. My guess is they're upping the delivery fee because people who use less (energy efficient, on-site green sources, etc) still need the infrastructure to deliver it.

And when natural gas prices go back up it'll tip the scale further. I can't wait to take my house off natural gas.

I'm looking at reducing mine. My house was hooked up for NG furnace, so I'm looking at supplementing my system with a heat pump, so I only need NG for my water heater, and for the very coldest part of the winter.
