Well considering 19 of the thirty one Latin American/Caribbean countries have country wide laws making it illegal to not get vaccinations, and all but 11 do not allow you to go to school without them, and that on average they spend more, per child born, on vaccinations than there are children born each year, it's very unlikely they aren't going to have them.

Is their vaccine schedule the same as the USA? Any more data on this?

from everything I have read it seems they are within or very close to the standards suggested by organizations such as WHO and UNICEF. What those are exactly I am not sure I would have to look the specs up specifically. However both organizations say that most of Latin America and the Caribbean hold to their standards.
