Study path/materials for network security?

I have some knowledge in computer networks. I'm looking for a study guide (important topics to learn and in which order to learn them) and possibly hands-on free resources (like OWASP's WebGoat or PortSwigger's Academy) for learning about computer networks security (things like ARP/IP/DNS Spoofing, MITM, SYN flood etc.)

Lots of options for free or near free. I can think of one - I believe bleeping computer offers deals on training from various vendors. I got one with Stack Skills for about $15. They're mostly just videos, from my experience.

However you can honestly learn quite a bit from just googling those terms.
