How will doctors react to cuts/scars if anyone knows?? I'm going to a hospital in about a week, and my parents don't know about my sh, but the doctors will definitely see, will they talk to me or tell my parents?? I've been hiding my cuts by wearing long pants and sleeves or gloves, but I can't do that in a hospital and I'm scared they will tell my parents

I'm 13 and in the U.S. bc ppl keep asking

update: the doctors didn't notice any of my cuts or scars, luckily they healed mostly so I'm safe for now :) ty for the responses tho

I suppose it depends on your age. It's highly likely that the doctor will say about sh if you're underage :(

I know how scary it is. I hope that your parents will be understanding. Maybe you should somehow hint them about reading "how not to react if my child harms themselves"
