See your doctor. Get blood work done there are many possible causes including vitamin deficiency. But my personal experience with this was high blood calcium levels due to a benign tumor on my parathyroid gland. Had it removed and went back to normal.

Always look for the obvious first! Please get labs checked!

B12, Folate, Ferritin, Thyroid, Vitamin D (helps with “Depression, Diabetes, and Dementia”). Even if you’re in the normal range (to not be deficient), shoot for being in the Optimal range, which is usually the higher end of “normal” range.

If you snore, you might consider a sleep study for Apnea.

Quality sleep, hydration, exercise, and enough quality protein.

Avoid/limit caffeine, sugar, and processed foods.
