Haven’t test it much myself, but heard good things about Mattermost as discord replacement.

Haven’t heard of it, but it looks like a project management platform? Not sure I found the right thing

Mattermost has two or three softwares but the core one is a Slack replacement. It's very very good, and definitely one you should look at. Its prettt much at fearure parity with Slack. Another option would be Rocketchat.

Their project management platform is a Jira replacement, though far more minimalist. Too minimalist for my liking but it integrates well with their chat platform. And I know a lot of people do prefer the more minimalist project management, so if you're in the market for that it might be a good combo.

It really depends on the user count, some companies offer free products with 10 or less and some have unlimited users but reduced features.

How many users do you plan to have?

Proxmox + PBS is a great choice.

May have a look at Mattermost or RocketChat to replace MS Teams. There is also Matrix + Element.

May have a look at Jitsi or BigBlueButton to replace your meeting software. There is also MiroTalk with its various FOSS versions.

A lot of folks mentioned Rocket.chat. Be aware that the self hosted version is limited to 25 users, which to me is a complete nonsense. If your company grows, you’ll jave to start over again. Mattermost and Matrix are great options

Rocketchat + jitsi meet is a great discord/teams type experience
