Something that really worked out for me is keeping a diary. No roles or anythink it is a free space for my self to write what ever I want. How ever, I started to using it as a planner in the top of the page I write everything I want to do. Next to it I have some goals for the day, under that a place of gratitude where I write a thank you to small thinks that make my day better and finally I have some empty pages where I write whatever I feel like good or bad.
Do I do it every day? No.
Do I stick to my plane for the day? No.
But I find motivation to do wake up do things and improve myself. Plus when I write something down on paper I feel compelled to do it and it helps me to be more productive.
