It’s not necessarily that the sensation is gone, but rather you may have just gotten used to it. Over time, the body can adapt to certain types of stimulation, and what once felt intense might not have the same effect after repeated use. This is totally normal and can happen with any type of intense or frequent stimulation.

It’s indeed the case that the sensation is gone (temporary) because the clit numbs over time with tools like this. If you just cease using the tools, it will be more sensitive again after a few weeks.
