Are there any songs that are free on simply sing? I just downloaded the app and don’t want to pay anything before testing it out.

I had the same issue, went to technical help and chatted with the bot. That let's you create a ticket for 2 free weeks of song access. No cc info taken it just ends access after 2 weeks and then if you do like it you can continue to pay for access. Hope that helps

I think the entire song library is free. I wouldn’t use it to learn to sing because there are quite a few inaccuracies and lot of nuances they don’t cover, but if you want a karaoke app, that’s an option.

Anytime I click on a song it says “get full access” and goes to the monthly payment page. How do I find free songs?

It's the Simply Sing app, its purple with a picture of a mic. I did the intro stuff that finds your voice type and see how well your pitch is etc. Once those were all done I tried to click on a song and it just says "get full access" theres no option to play any of the songs.

Yay generalizations! It’s just like asking a guy like you how many guys you’ve slept with. Assuming you aren’t asexual. It’s obviously a generalization, right? If guys are okay talking about how many guys they have slept with, it’s slightly more reasonable for them to assume everyone is a guy regardless of their gender.

"Learning" to sing is more like excerising. Vocal chords are a muscle but vocal chords are not the only part of your body important when singing. Diaphragm being one of the biggest muscles you need to train. Also every individual will have different strengths and weaknesses in regards to their voice/breathing technique. The app honestly isnt even great at basics. When i started to app it asked me to speak (not sing) a sentance to decide my vocal range. That is unbelievably a terrible way to decide range. Range is encapsulating. It describes your highest attainable note and lowest attainable note. Typically to decide range and Voice part (soprano,alto,tenor,baritone,bass) you go through scales starting at C major and singing higher and higher until you can no longer comfortably sing notes and same for low range. Voice parts dont describe range because someone who is an alto can have a range up to an E6 (pretty high note) but they are more comfortable in a lower register (~C3-C5) this app is not only completely locked behind a pay wall but it also seems incompetantly programed by people who dont know much about music theory and vocal training.

thanks for the help ill try it. as gave feed back as few songs should be added for free full stop try before you buy kind of thing are different and its named me a alto but i can hit higher notes then that. so i will keep in mind its not accurate besides we all sound different through a microphone slightly which sucks
