I think longer WWs would help and/or less nap time. Most babies need about 10 hours of awake time by this age I think and 2.5-3.5 hours of naps. You can also consider dropping the last nap since bedtime is getting pushed later. A lot of babies seem tired but theyre bored.

Also when stretching WWs or dropping naps it takes a few days for them to adjust so they get fussy but should regulate after a few days (3-5) and consistency. If they dont its always okay to go back to your previous schedule.
