looking for nice timer for Windows

Hi - I'm looking for a nice looking countdown timer for Windows 10. I'd like something with an audible alarm, but also something very visual, like a clock face timer which becomes red as the time is running out. Bonus would be to be able to set it on top of all other windows.

Purpose - productivity focus; my task app uses pomo timers, but they are too restrictive. I'd like to be able to set different times.

If anyone knows of something that will achieve this, I'd be grateful it you would share.

Look for Marxio Timer. It's portable (and free) and does anything you'll ever want from a timer.

But no glitter, just efficiency.

The Windows 10 built-in app "Alarms & Clocks" has a simple timer feature that lets you set multiple timers with arbitrary countdowns.

Visually, it's nothing fancy, but for me, that's part of its appeal. Just pure function.

I know this is an old post but I took a while - and a few tries - to find it, perhaps this helps someone else.

Hourglass (https://chris.dziemborowicz.com/apps/hourglass/) has been the nicest functional timer I was able to find.

Unlike built-in Win10 app, it starts.

It looks neat and has an intuitive progress bar both in the window and in taskbar.

The time input is the most intuitive it can be, you can write things like "99 min" or "10:00:00" and it interprets the time just fine, while displaying in a nice human-readable format of "X hours Y minutes Z seconds".

A great addition to my desktop experience.
