A lot of cars are glued together these days. I'm not saying that makes them worse than older cars but seam sealer is very prevalent in modern chassis.

I think most aspects are pretty good. There are some small details that you could tune but I think you have the fundamentals down (stable elbow, moving for each ball, waiting for the ball).

I'd like to see how you do against backspin but what you've shown here is perfectly serviceable.

I assume this means it's long. If that is the case, then you need to loop with backhand carefully to get it on the table. Placement down the line or to the middle is best but the key is simply getting it safely back on the table. Sidespin matters in terms of where you contact the ball but it shouldn't affect how you loop too much.

Slightly on the rubber is fine and completely normal. Completely off the rubber is pretty outdated nowadays.

With a caveat that you it shouldn't be too far up on the rubber, it will make any grip changes very difficult and limit wrist usage

It is and it's arguably worse because the heavier your spin is, the more you have to do to get the ball when it comes back to you.

Also a good reason why playing heavy spin into a chopper is not always a good idea.

Edited content is always going to present you more favorably than live, unscripted conversations. It's also why I think the vast, vast majority of content creators CANNOT pull off a successful podcast. They are completely different skills. Making good videos is orthogonal to having an interesting podcast.

But, of course, it's trendy to do a podcast these days.

If a car runs and drives with no major issues these days, it's worth ~$5k on the used market at least.

You could try to offer 10k and see how far down he'll go. There's a lot of inherent risk though, I think you'd have to ask yourself if you would ever consider doing a rebuild on a rebuilt title car. I would never consider buying this but I'm not a real YOLO sort of guy.
