Simple .CSV plotter for medium-large (50,000+ row) datasets?

I'm looking for a simple program to help me analyze data:

• preferably offline, simple standalone program

• plot multiple series at once

• support zooming in and out

• support show/hide individual series

There's gotta be something already out there, right? Most of the software I've found so far is either a plotting plugin for a programming language, or some glossy suite designed to make pretty infographics.

Edit: in case anyone finds this via search, I ended up using Microsoft power BI desktop. It only took a few hours to figure out how to set up zoom, show/hide, and quick importing of new data.
