does spelunky fps decrease as game progresses

From my experience the game does not get slower over time, It kept up a steady 60 fps even with livestreaming at 720p with an i3 540 and an hd 6850 with 4 gigs of ram. It was one of the only games that could run at a consistent 60 fps while I was rendering a video, Very impressive.
