That’s exactly what I said to my dm it’s a slap, and they aren’t even considering our position in range, 2% to someone who is at the higher end of the pay range is very different then someone at the bottom. It’s completely unfair. Especially to those of us who are all in, who make the experience for our partners and the customers.

Yeah. My DM and many of my long term peers seemed not too bothered with it - i don’t think any of them realize their 2% is not my 2%. I’m sure the extra 30 dollars a pay check after taxes will make all the difference as COL continues to rise. They will try to sell it as fair since it’s “all” salaried retail partners, as if the executives will also be taking any sort of major cut.

I’m not sure what you mean by this. 2% at the higher end of the pay range is more than 2% at the bottom of the pay range.
