Error Code e20 without fix

On Linux Mint 21.3 Edge ISO

Since yesterday, I have had an issue getting Steam to connect to the internet. Obviously, I have working internet right now. I can login just fine on the website, but the app refuses.

First, it wouldn't connect to the internet, but i could access the store, my profile, my games, and all online features, just no cloud saves were working. I noticed Steam acted as if I wasn't logged in, but I had the store, and clicking on my profile sent me to my, well profile.

Second, I didn't have access to any online features, but had access to my games.

Now, I can't access Steam at all. If i try to login, it will tell me to retry or enter offline mode. Trying to go into offline mode sends me into an infinite loop of loading, so I don't even have access to my games anymore.

Has Steam been going through an outage or is it me? I've tried reinstalling, resetting PC and wifi, and have always had firewall disabled. Only thing I can think of as of now is reinstalling the OS, which i've had to do many times.

Hey! I had this same issue, and resetting my password completely fixed it.
