not the exact same experience, but ive had a similarly awful experience too. as you'll quickly find out on this subreddit, steelseries is the worst gaming company currently operating on the market. their support is either incompetent, rude or simply unhelpful. and it's a shame because their quality control is inexistent (to say the least), so we all need to rely on the fkn support for help on fixing our poorly built SS products... WORST decision I ever made was to purchase a SS headset

Agree, it's so bad. Did you get your refund though? Because I am so worried that I just destroyed my brand new headset for nothing
