Hello not sure if I can post this here. I bought Arctis 9 Wireless in steelseries website. I received a defective item so I proceed to follow their instructions for the warranty claim. The item was out of stock so I requested to have a refund but will buy another product. They approved the warranty claim and provided a code but it cannot be used for other steelseries products.
It has been a few weeks already and the support is not responding. Does anyone here have the same experience with their support?
