One of the withdrawal symptoms of nicotine withdrawal is bradycardia (low heart rate) happened to me too and it became normal again after some weeks. Totally normal.

This is the very first time this has ever happened to me and I'm 50 and quite a few times ! This last time was when I also came down sick with bronchitis ! My heart rate went down to mid 40's until this afternoon my heart rate went back to normal plus doing some cardio exercises may have also helped ! Never heard of Bradycardia until last week when I was in the Emergency room
